A Little History
The Oyster Bay Art & Craft Festival is a much-loved community event held every year on the last weekend in May at Oyster Bay Public School in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Sydney.
Over two days, the school grounds are transformed into a bustling art and craft festival filled with colour, creativity and community spirit. Thousands of visitors come to explore our curated art gallery, meet talented artists and stallholders, and shop a wide range of handmade goods, unique pieces, and artisan creations. With live entertainment, food, rides, raffles and family-friendly fun, there's something for everyone.
The festival kicks off with a ticketed Friday night launch event exclusively for OBPS families and invited guests – a social evening of auctions, entertainment, and a sneak peek at the art and stalls.
All funds raised go directly to supporting Oyster Bay Public School and its students.
Save the date – the last weekend in May, 2026 – and come experience one of the best art and craft festivals in the Sutherland Shire.
